Infinite World Games Inc. values your privacy both inside and outside the headset. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information across our websites, VR and desktop applications, and related online services (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to this Policy and the processing of your personal information as described below.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all users of:
- Our website and subdomains (e.g., www.infiniteworldgames.com);
- VR headset and desktop applications;
- Developer tools, APIs, and SDKs;
- Other services displaying this Policy link.
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and any regional privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal and technical information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from third parties.

We do not record raw biometric data such as retina scans, heart rate, or brain-activity signals unless a specific feature explicitly requests your consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Operate, personalize, and improve your VR and web experience;
- Process payments, subscriptions, and creator earnings;
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse;
- Enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines;
- Communicate with you about updates, support, or marketing (with consent);
- Analyze aggregated usage trends to enhance performance;
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Movement and eye-tracking data are used only to animate your avatar in real-time and are not stored or used for identity verification.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, SDKs, and analytics tools to understand usage, secure sessions, and personalize experiences. You can manage cookie settings in your browser. "Do Not Track" signals are not currently honored due to a lack of uniform standards.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share data only as needed:
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, payment, marketing, anti-cheat, and cloud storage vendors.
- Business Transfers: As part of mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations (with notice).
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental request.
- Community Sharing: Information you choose to make public in worlds or chat will be visible to others.
- At Your Direction: If you connect to third-party services (e.g., Open Sound Control devices), your data will be shared per their privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. Under U.S. privacy laws, certain analytics or ads may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
6. Your Rights and Choices
Your rights depend on your jurisdiction:

To exercise your rights, contact privacy@infiniteworldgames.com or use the in-app Privacy Center → Manage My Data. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by law.
7. Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
You may opt out of data "sale" or cross-context ad sharing via "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or by adjusting Settings → Privacy → Data Sharing in the app. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data via account settings or by contacting us. Movement and eye-tracking data are not retained.
9. Children's Privacy
Utopia VR is intended for users 13 years or older (or 16+ in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent. If we learn a child has provided information improperly, we will delete it.
10. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring for intrusions. However, no system is completely secure. Use discretion when sharing personal information within VR spaces.
11. International Transfers
We process data primarily in the United States, with transfers to other countries as needed. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved safeguards for international data transfers.
12. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK)
- Consent – for optional analytics or marketing;
- Contract – to deliver and support the Platform;
- Legitimate Interest – for security and service improvement;
- Legal Obligation – for retention, tax, and compliance duties.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications or on our website before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you agree to the revised Policy.
