Code of Conduct
Welcome to Utopia VR, a social, creative, and immersive virtual-reality platform by Infinite World Games Inc. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for players, creators, and explorers. By using Utopia VR, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
1. Respect Others
- Treat all users with respect, empathy, and courtesy.
- Do not engage in bullying, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse based on identity, appearance, or belief.
- Respect personal boundaries in VR — no unwanted touching, blocking, or stalking of avatars or players.
- Obtain consent before recording, streaming, or capturing voice/video of other users.
2. Keep It Safe and Appropriate
- No sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content or behavior.
- Do not promote or engage in self-harm, violence, or illegal activities.
- No use of the Platform to distribute malware, phishing links, scams, or malicious code.
- No weapons, realistic gore, or terror-inducing content in public or shared worlds without clear warning and proper tagging.
3. Play Fair
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized clients or software (including modified builds) is strictly prohibited.
- Do not impersonate other users, developers, moderators, or public figures.
- Respect intellectual-property rights — only upload or share content you own or have permission to use.
- Do not engage in spam, botting, or artificially inflating engagement, ratings, or currency balances.
4. Protect Privacy and Data
- Never share anyone's personal information without their explicit consent.
- Respect privacy zones, mute/block settings, and in-world reporting tools.
- Follow our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service when collecting, sharing, or processing data.
- Report any privacy breaches or data misuse to info@infiniteworldgames.com.
5. Be Accountable in the Community
- Use your account responsibly; you are accountable for your conduct and content.
- Keep your display name, avatar, and profile imagery appropriate for all audiences.
- Report violations through the in-app Report/Block feature or at info@infiniteworldgames.com.
- Cooperate respectfully with moderators or investigation requests.
6. Content and Creator Guidelines
- Worlds and assets must comply with all applicable laws and rating standards.
- Clearly label mature, violent, or sensitive content.
- Do not mimic, clone, or redistribute others' creations without permission.
- Creators found monetizing plagiarized or unsafe content may lose revenue privileges or access to creator tools.
7. Age and Parental Guidance
- Utopia VR is for users 13 years and older (or 16+ in the EU).
- Users under the minimum age may not create accounts.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing their child's access.
8. Enforcement & Reporting
Violations may result in:
- Warning – Minor or first-time offenses.
- Temporary Suspension – Serious or repeated violations.
- Permanent Ban – Severe misconduct, harassment, or illegal acts.
Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, which may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
9. Community Leadership
We encourage players to welcome newcomers and foster inclusion, promote creative collaboration, uphold fair play and safety standards, and lead by example — helping make Utopia VR a positive digital world.
10. Updates
We may modify this Code to reflect new features, laws, or safety practices. We'll notify users of material changes through the app or website. Continued use of Utopia VR after updates means you accept the latest version.
